The Revolutionary Organization of Socialist Moslems aka Abu Nidal Organization (see separate entry) was a Palestinian international terrorist organization that split from the PLO in 1974. Under the aegis of the Abu Nidal Organization, it has conducted terrorist attacks in 20 countries and in the1980s was considered the most dangerous and murderous Palestinian terror group.
